Questions
- Do I need a code?
- No. Sign in and the Elite price is on every product card, tagged as the pay-now price.
- Can I still use my old Big M coupon?
- Big M coupon codes are retired. If we have told you your code still works, it replaces the Elite price on that order.
- I paid by bank transfer and the money is on its way. What happens?
- We hold the order and pick it as soon as the payment lands. It keeps the Elite price.
- Can I see both prices before I order?
- Yes. Checkout shows the total for each payment option, so you can compare paying now with Pay later.
- What happens after 18 November?
- The Big M 4-tier system takes over: your price is set by the payments we receive from you.
